This is a static website. Loading a page does not set an advertising cookie, an analytics cookie, or a cookie from a font service. The type you are reading — Libre Baskerville and Source Sans 3 — is stored with the site, on our files, and the browser does not call Google to fetch it.

The one note we store

The line at the bottom of the page asks you to dismiss it. If you do, the browser stores a small record in local storage, not in the cookie jar, under the key breaktray-notice, with the value set. The purpose is so the same line does not cover the telephone number every time you open a page on this computer. It contains no name, no order and no tracking identifier. It stays until you clear site data for cateriva.pro, or until you clear local storage for this origin. If you never press dismiss, we do not write the record, and the line comes back on the next visit.

We describe it in the banner as a cookie note because that is the word people look for. Technically it is local storage. We do not use it to recognise you across other websites. We do not sell it. Under the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, as amended by Amendment 13 from 14 August 2025, this flag is not a customer database. The information we actually need in order to deliver breakfast is the information you type into the order, and that is explained on the privacy page.

What does not load

There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, and no embedded map that drops a third-party cookie when the page opens. The order button does not send your details to us by itself. If you submit the form, your browser opens WhatsApp with a draft. WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta, then handles that message under its own terms. You can still edit or discard the draft. Until you send it, we have not received it. If you prefer not to open WhatsApp at all, call 03-374-6182 or write to orders@cateriva.pro.

How to remove the note

In the browser’s site settings for this address, clear cookies and site data, or clear local storage. The banner will show again the next time the page loads. Blocking local storage does not break the menu. The order form still needs JavaScript to assemble the WhatsApp draft. If a script is blocked, the order page tells you the phone number to use instead. Questions about an order you already sent are not stored in this banner; write to privacy@cateriva.pro.
