A request, until we reply

This form opens WhatsApp with a draft to the kitchen, 052-618-4407. Sending it does not book the van. The order is confirmed when someone at Breaktray writes back with the date, the window and the total. If you do not see a reply by 18:00 on a working day, call 03-374-6182 the next morning before 07:30. Saturday messages wait until Sunday.

There are no Saturday drops and no Saturday collections. Friday is morning only: the form will only offer 07:30–08:45 and 08:45–10:30, and the order still has to reach us by Thursday at 13:00 if you want Friday food. A Friday date chosen on Friday morning is already too late. Delivery inside the map starts at ₪490, VAT included. Collection from the Holon dock, Sunday to Thursday, 07:00–09:30, starts at ₪220.

The request

You do not have to send this. If you do, we use the details to prepare the morning, drive to the building, collect the crate and, if you ask, issue a tax invoice. The notice is on the privacy page. Allergies are yours to write in the dietary note. We are not a kosher-certified kitchen.

The draft needs a script. You can still write to 052-618-4407 with the date, time, headcount, building and loading instructions. Nothing is confirmed until the kitchen replies.

Dietary notes Allergies are yours to state. The kitchen uses gluten, egg, milk, walnut and almond. Sesame is on the cool-season bourekas. We are not nut-free.

After you send it

WhatsApp opens a draft. You can still edit it before it goes. When it does go, it sits with the kitchen phone until a person reads it. The reply is the confirmation: what we will bake, the window we can actually make, and the total with VAT. If the building is outside the map, or the lift will not work inside the window, the reply will say so and we will not take the money for a drop we cannot do. Cancellation the day before is described in the terms. A cancellation after the bake has started is charged, because the trays will not become tomorrow’s menu.
