Terms

These terms cover office trays and coffee urns from Breaktray Kitchen Ltd. (ברייקטריי מטבח בע״מ, company number 518641303), HaMerkava 21, Holon 5885114. They do not cover weddings, halls, or any event we did not confirm in writing. A message you type into WhatsApp is an offer to buy. A contract exists when the kitchen replies and confirms the date, the window, the address and the price.

Price and VAT

Prices on this site are in Israeli shekels and include VAT at 18%. The board price is the sweet tray for eight, the savoury tray for eight, and the urn for twelve cups. Larger trays, fruit, the tea flask and the cool-season hot tin are priced on their pages. Delivery inside the map described on the offices page has a minimum of ₪490 including VAT. Collection from the Holon dock, Sunday to Thursday between 07:00 and 09:30, has a minimum of ₪220 including VAT. The figure in our confirming reply is the price you pay, even if the page has since changed. We issue a tax invoice to an Israeli company when you give us the company name and number.

Cancellation the day before

You may cancel, without charge, until 16:00 on the working day before the drop. A Friday morning is cancelled by Thursday at 13:00, which is also the cutoff for placing that Friday order. Cancel by WhatsApp to the same thread, or by calling 03-374-6182 during kitchen hours. Keep our reply. A cancellation that arrives after those hours, or on the morning of the drop, is charged in full. The bake has started, and a sandwich tray does not become the next day’s menu. If we cancel because we cannot staff the van or because we missed a window for a reason that is ours, we credit the food that did not arrive in time to be served. We are not liable for the meeting itself, for a room you hired, or for a guest who left. That limit is deliberate: we sell breakfast, not the outcome of your calendar.

Allergies are yours to state

You have to tell us, in the order, about allergies and about food you need left off the tray. The standard kitchen uses gluten, egg, cow’s milk, walnut and almond. Sesame is on the cheese bourekas from November to April. Peanuts are not a recipe ingredient. The room is not a nut-free plant, and we will not certify the absence of traces. If you do not write the allergy down, we will bake the standard board. We can leave walnut rugelach off, or split egg from cheese, when the note arrives the day before. We cannot rebuild a tray in the service lift. Dietary information is also personal information; the privacy page says how long it stays with the order.

What we do not certify

This is not a kosher-certified kitchen. Nothing in a confirmation, an invoice or a crate card is a kashrut certificate. If you need a certificate, do not order. The menu is dairy, without meat or poultry. That is a description of what we cook, not supervision.

Delivery, Friday, and Saturday

We deliver to one address in one window. The neighbourhoods, the docks, the Shabbat-elevator warning and the Friday cutoff are on the offices page and are part of these terms. Saturday is closed: no drops, no collections, no confirmations. Friday is a morning window only, 07:30–10:30, on the shorter map, ordered by Thursday at 13:00. Cups, jugs, linens, steel trays and crates remain our property. A cup that does not come back is ₪9, a linen is ₪28, and a crate is ₪140, VAT included.

Law and courts

Israeli law governs the order, the site and these terms, including the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, as amended by Amendment 13 from 14 August 2025, and the law on VAT. The competent courts are the courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa. If a mandatory consumer rule gives you a right these terms cannot waive, that rule wins for that right. The site is published in English for office managers who work in English. The binding details of a particular morning are the ones in the kitchen’s confirming reply.
